Service Description
Dot & Dash Mobile Notary provides professional California and Federal apostille facilitation for documents being used internationally. We coordinate authentication for eligible vital records, notarized documents, court documents, business records, educational documents, powers of attorney, and other personal and legal documents. Expedited service is available, including California Secretary of State apostille processing in Los Angeles and Sacramento. Mobile document pickup and return service is available throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas, including Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. We can also coordinate certified document translations for documents requiring translation for international use, providing a convenient one-stop solution from document preparation through apostille and translation. Apostille facilitation starts at $275. Government, notarization, translation, shipping, courier, and travel fees may apply depending on the document and service requested.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Dot & Dash Mobile Notary, you acknowledge you: i. read and understand all Appointment Guidelines, as listed on the Appointment Guidelines page. All signers must be present and have CA compliant valid, current government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. All documents must be fully printed and pertinent information completed before the notary arrives, and signers must be able to communicate directly in English. ii. By booking this appointment, I authorize Dot & Dash Mobile Notary to charge the payment method provided through its payment processor an additional $50 service fee if the notary arrives at the scheduled appointment and the notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the notary’s control.
