Service Description
Dot & Dash Mobile Notary provides professional mobile loan signing services throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding Southern California areas. As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, we assist with buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and other real estate and lending documents. Appointments are available at homes, businesses, title and escrow offices, and other convenient locations. Printing, scanbacks, and secure document return or FedEx/UPS drop-off can be coordinated when required by the hiring company. We work with title companies, escrow officers, signing services, lenders, real estate professionals, and individual signers throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. Loan signing appointments start at $225 for one signer and $275 for two signers. Travel, printing, scanbacks, after-hours, and other service fees may apply depending on the assignment.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Dot & Dash Mobile Notary, you acknowledge you: i. read and understand all Appointment Guidelines, as listed on the Appointment Guidelines page. All signers must be present and have CA compliant valid, current government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. All documents must be fully printed and pertinent information completed before the notary arrives, and signers must be able to communicate directly in English. ii. understand if the notarization cannot be completed due to missing identification, incomplete documents, absent signers, language barriers, or other circumstances outside the notary’s control, the travel fee plus $50 will still be due. iii. understand Notaries Public cannot provide legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional if you have questions about your documents.
