Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Dot & Dash Mobile Notary, you acknowledge you: i. read and understand all Appointment Guidelines, as listed on the Appointment Guidelines page. All signers must be present and have CA compliant valid, current government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. All documents must be fully printed and pertinent information completed before the notary arrives, and signers must be able to communicate directly in English. ii. By booking this appointment, I authorize Dot & Dash Mobile Notary to charge the payment method provided through its payment processor an additional $50 service fee if the notary arrives at the scheduled appointment and the notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the notary’s control.
