General Notarizations
Dot and Dash Mobile Notary offers competitive pricing and charges $15 per notarized signature.
Travel fees vary depending on Client location.
Cancellation/Non-Completion: In the event that Dot and Dash Mobile Notary arrives to the appointment and is unable to notarize the signature(s) due to no fault of their own, the travel fee will still be due. Additionally, client(s) must cancel within one (1) hour of scheduled appointment time, otherwise the travel fee is still due. Please see the Appointment Guidelines for additional information.
Waiting Fee: Dot and Dash Mobile Notary offers a ten (10) minute grace period from the agreed upon meeting time, after which clients will incur a fee of $1 per minute for the first hour, and $2 per minute thereafter.

LOAN & TRUST PACKAGE NOTARIZATIONS
Loan and Trust packages receive a multiple signature discount.
Clients and/or Signing Agencies are required to enter into an written Agreement with Dot and Dash Mobile Notary prior to meetings being scheduled or services being rendered.
Payment Processing
Attention: Dot and Dash Mobile Notary does not accept pre-payments. Clients may only submit payments in the presence of the Notary Public once services have been rendered.
Clients may settle charges via Zelle,
and cash without incurring processing fees. Clients may also settle charges via debit/credit card; however, processing fees start at 2.9% + $0.30.
Checks are not accepted.
